L'occitance Women Fragrances Review

Hello everyone, today I'll be reviewing a series of women fragrances from L'Occitance en Provence. L'Occitance is a brand that I like a lot especially their fragrance series. The smells and scents always satisfies me. This brand is originated from Manousque, France. Their products are high quality where they used botanical ingredients for most of the products.

• Roses

Roses et Reines Eau de toilette

 

They say roses made the girl a queen. 😘 So having a bottle of pure rosé scent Eau de toilette is a must (for me to be queen 😁). The smells that I get from this Eau de toilette is a fresh and medium- light rose smells. It just make me blossoms throughout my day. Four types of rose (Grasse rose, Bulgarian rose, Moroccan rose and Turkish rose) are brought together to enchance the rose scents to be unique and precious. I spray it directly to my neck and my arm, even after a bath I still get a soft fruity notes smell. 😊 It will be a good choice for your first date.

Roses et Reines Parfum Cheveux (Hair Fragrance)

 
This hair mist fragrance has the same smells as the Roses et Reines Eau de toilette. It also has the combination of the four roses as the Eau de toilette. This hair mist can be used on towel-dry hair or dry hair. When top up with the Roses et Reines Eau de toilette, the scent become strong and nicer. (You are able to smell it when you are moving around 😃). Sometimes I'll just use this alone without any other perfumes, it do provide me a soft smell that make me feel calm.

• La Collection de Grasse

Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc Eau de toilette 

 
This fragrance allies the velvety notes of the blue iris (Iris Bleu) from Grasse to the transparent notes of the white iris (Iris Blanc) from the Mediterranean. This Eau de toilette has a subtle floral scents. For me it just smells so feminine and clean. It is very pleasant,smooth and calm. It's perfect for Autumn! This fragrance is definitely one of my favorite!!! 😍 I'll suggest to use this on a relaxing day.

Rose & Osmanthus Eau de Toilette

 
Rose & Osmanthus Eau de Toilette, a tender union of glowing and fruity flowers from Grasse and China. It has a fruity and floral scents. This fragrance is sweet and suitable for those who love flowers garden. 😊  I feel so fresh for the smell that I get from this fragrance. Perfect for flower girl!!! It is definitely suitable for every occasions.

Jasmin & Bergamote Eau de toilette 

 
This Eau de toilette bring an elegant and sensual feeling to me. I'll say that it is a classic fragrance. It is described as the fragrance of a delicate flower blossoming in the light of dawn. This eau de toilette blends absolutes from Grasse and Egypt. The addition of bergamot essential oil from Italy balances this floral fragrance with fruity notes. I'll say that it is suitable for someone who is confident and strong. Perfect for everyday office and formal use.

Magnolia & Mûre Eau de toilette 

Magnolia & Mure Eau de Toilette allures with its shimmering and velvety scent. It is flowery and fruity with a slight woody smells. It is a combination of a mysterious and charming union between magnolia and blackberry. It giving me a feeling of mysterious sexiness. The smell is strong in sexy and it just 'beautiful'. I'll definitely use it for a sexy date night.

• Arlésinne

Arlésinne Eau de toilette

 
This Eau de toilette is a feminine floral fusion. It is made with extracts of rose from Grasse, sweet violet and saffron from Provence. It give me an elegant, graceful and also slight mysterious feeling. The floral scent is not too strong but it did give a romantic aroma. I will use this for a fine-dining date. It just bring beauty and sexy to another level.

Arlésinne Solid Perfume

 
This solid perfume are just same as the Arlésinne Eau de toilette. It has the same ingredients, scents and smells. The only difference is it is in a solid form where it's just like a balm. This solid perfume is good for traveling. You can just add up the scent and smell whenever you need. It is easy to be carry around.

• L'Occitance au Brésil

Vitória-Régia Day Flower Eau de Cologne

 
The Vitória-Régia Day Flower Eau de Cologne captures the scent of the white, newly blossomed Vitória-Régia petals in an aquatic fragrance marked with green freshness. It is very light and freshening. It do have a sweet  flower scents. I'll suggest to use it for a relaxing outing day. Perfect for summer!!!

Vitória-Régia Night Flower Eau de Cologne

 
The Vitória-Régia Night Flower Eau de Cologne captures the richest scent of the pink, fully blossomed vitória-régia petals, in a voluptuous floral perfume. Initial powdery notes give way to the sensual vitória-régia notes in the heart of this fragrance. I get a quite and sweet feeling when I'm using it. I'll suggest to use this on a romantic date. It's just sweet, calm and feminine.

Peach Blossom Eau de toilette 

 
This is actually the first L'Occitance fragrance that I have. I love this the most among all I have but it is sad to say that it has discontinued since it is limited edition. It has a very sweet and floral peach smells that is suitable for everyday use. It give me an outgoing and happy feeling. It's just so smooth and clean. I just hope that L'Occitance will continue this product.

Fleurs de Cerisier L’Eau

 
This eau de toilette reveals the notes of the very first cherry blossoms in a fresh and fruity fragrance.mit is very sweet and fruity. The notes include lemon, blackcurrant, watermelon, cherry blossom, cherry, rose, violet, woods and musk. its perfect for spring!!! As spring awakens, sunrays illuminate their white flowers with pink hues, and a light breeze carries their fresh and delicate scent. It's one of my favorite among all. It can be an everyday fragrance.

Overall, I would say that L'Occitance do produce good and high quality fragrances. Their fragrances have great scents and it does last long. All of the above reviews is based on my personal opinions.

Perfect Skin One Shot Cover Stick Foundation

Hi everyone today I'll be talking about Perfect Skin famous foundation which is One Shot Cover Stick Foundation. Perfect skin is a brand from Korea and their stick foundation has became a best selling item especially after the famous actress Song Ji-hyo using it.


This foundation is portable due to the 3 in 1 function which contains base + foundation + sunscreen (SPF50+ / PA+++).  Basically, this means that primer, sunscreen and foundation has just become one step and more times is save! It will be a perfect product when you are in a rush at anytime and anywhere. It is also an all-in one for whitening + moisturizing + anti-Wrinkle + high Coverage + sun-Protection. This lightweight formulation foundation will transforms your through instant skin perfection and long-lasting makeup. Its advanced lightweight formulation delivers a very subtle sheen with high coverage and great adhesion to your skin. *For enhancing duration of your base makeup to resist the summer heat, you may consider to apply a thin layer of sheer loose powder on top of the foundation but the original sheen glowing effect will be decreased accordingly.

The packaging
The product packaging is cute and nice. 😍 It is a silver color stick that comes with a silver color box. The top cap of the product has a pink bow with it. The most attracting part is the brush that they provided (at the bottom of the product) is able to remove. This will be a huge thumbs up because for hygiene purpose we are able to wash it clean.



My review
The shade that I'm using is No.23 (they only have shade No.21 and No.23) which is for a more natural look effect while No.21 is more on the glowing and whitening effect. It is very moisture and easy to blend.




After using it, I do not have any sticky and uncomfortable feeling. It is very lightweight and breathable. I'll reapply the foundation on spots that need extra coverage. It covers my acne scars, pores and red spots well without any concealer. It do make my skin to look healthier and flawless. Besides, it is also very long lasting. I have used it for almost 8 hours (some outdoor waking and indoor air-condition) without any touch-ups it still look good when I'm back home. 😄  However, if you have dry patches, I recommend you to use scrubs and moisturizer before using it. If not the dry patches will look very obvious. This foundation is also very easy to be removed. It will just dissolved  or removed with a makeup remover tissue or cleansing oil.

The only downside will be the shade that they have. It's only two shade!!! 😓 It is very difficult to choose and find the right colors to match the skin tone. The shade that I'm using No.23 (Skin Beige) is slightly darker than my own skin tone. On the other hand,  the shade No.21 (Pink Beige) will look too white on me. So to look a bit more natural at last I choose shade No.23.

Will I repurchase? Yes!!! 😁  I'll definitely repurchase their improved formula which is the marble stick foundation. The only different will be the ingredients are improved to be better and the packaging are included Jenny point mirror at the top of the cap. This will be more easier to carry around and fix the make-up at anywhere.

I'll give this product 4 stars out of 5. It has become my current favorite for now!!!
